Catholic Memorial School is an all-boys college preparatory school (grades 7–12) located in West Roxbury, Massachusetts. It is located in the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Boston.

Catholic Memorial is a college-preparatory institution. Students come from over ninety different towns and communities. Each year at graduation, they head off in over a hundred directions.

Catholic Memorial is a private college preparatory school for young men in grades seven through twelve.
CM is known for service. There is a senior service program begins in March each year, with seniors taking one day out of each week to work on site at inner-city grammar schools, hospitals, non-profit agencies, clothing distribution centers, food pantries, soup kitchens, etc. Volunteers from all grades also visit the Casserly House in Roslindale each week to tutor at-risk children and the Golda Meir House in West Roxbury to help the elderly. Each year, CM students send large delegations to the Walk for Breast Cancer.
Tuition for the 2010-2011 school year is $13,700. Scholarships are awarded upon admission to students in Catholic Memorial's middle school program and high school program. The CM admissions committee selects students for scholarship eligibility based upon their past academic performance and the results of the entrance exams. No applications are available for CM scholarships; instead, every application for admission is reviewed for scholarship potential. Financial aid is available for qualifying CM families.
At Catholic Memorial, nearly every student participates in forensics, or speech and debate, at one point in his academic career. CM’s faculty work with students to produce confident public speakers through various classroom activities, and in the Speech and Debate club, students perform and compete interscholastically as they recite speeches, dramatic acts and original oratory. Since 1961, the school’s Speech and Debate program has produced over twenty-five state and three national champions, and the 2010 team won the “Founder’s Award” at Nationals.

Catholic Memorial are known as the Knights. They are a member of the Catholic Conference. The other teams in the Catholic Conference are the Boston College High School Eagles, the Malden Catholic Lancers, the St. John's Preparatory School Eagles, and the Xaverian Brothers High School Hawks. St. John's is the sixth team in the conference in some sports.

Catholic Memorial is one of the top high school ice hockey team competing in the MIAA, with Boston College High School being their bitter rival (they are the only two teams to win multiple Super Eight tournaments (CM has 15 while BC High has 4.)
Catholic Memorial has won thirteen of eighteen Super Eight tournaments, which pits the best eight Division 1 teams in the state against each other in a round-robin tournament to determine the Division 1A Massachusetts state champion. Catholic Memorial has consistently been ranked number one in Massachusetts boys ice hockey by the Boston Globe. Catholic Memorial has also been nationally ranked as the number one team a number of times, with the most recent dating this year in 2008.
In the spring of 2009, Catholic Memorial established an award to recognize notable achievement among its alumni. This recognition is seen as rooted in the school’s motto, Vince In Bono Malum, "Conquer Evil by Doing Good" and as witness to a life of accomplishment and service. This award is the highest honor Catholic Memorial bestows on its graduates. The award is given in three categories: Professional Achievement, Service to Community and Outstanding Young Alumnus.
